Karen has been working with the Environmental Health and Safety office since 2006. She attended the university from 1963-1965 and is retired from working at the VA hospital as a unit supervisor.

- Inspect and test building fire safety equipment
- Responsible for building safety equipment in sororities

- EHS training in inspection techniques, equipment types and locations
