Mitch has been with the university and the EHS department since 2009. Previously, he worked at Mercedes-Benz for 13 years. Mitch also has an Associate degree in emergency medicine and served as a paramedic in Tuscaloosa County. He currently serves as a lab technician and has extensive training and certification in ASHRAE 110 and NSF 49 standards for laboratory ventilation.
