Jennifer has been a fire alarm technician since 2007, although she has been with the university since 2005. She is a member of our fire alarm inspection team and is responsible for campus fire alarm systems. She has extensive knowledge of fire alarm testing and is a recipient of a NICET certification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems and network
• Conducts fire drills
• Maintains fire alarm historical and maintenance logs

• NICET Level II in Fire Protection Engineering Technology for Fire Alarm Systems
• NFPA Fire Inspector I
• NFPA National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code
• Fiber Optics Specialist/Tester
• Cabling Tester Technician (CCTT-OTDR)
• NFPA Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of fire alarm systems
