The below permit must be submitted to Fire Safety Manager, Larry Cooper, at lcooper2@ua.edu prior to temporary operation involving any of the following:
- Open flames
- Work that produces heat
- Work that produces sparks
This includes, but is not limited to: brazing, cutting, grinding, soldering, torch applied roofing and welding.
