Please complete this form for any requests related to temporary bypassing of smoke detection for the use of fog/haze machines inside UA buildings. To ensure requests are completed in time, the form should be submitted at least two business days in advance. Most events of this nature should also be submitted on the Source, and should include planned effects to be used. For any questions, please call 205-348-0496. Please note that fog machines are not allowed inside Residential dormitories or Greek housing facilities.
